- Does the Board Office keep a list of or track the CE (Continuing Education) that I have taken with my social security number?
The Board Office maintains a list of CE attendance that has been offered by the Association. Since there are so many CE providers across the state, we have no way of tracking what particular CE an agent has taken. Tracking CE via Social Security Number is not available.
Those agents wishing to create a file at the Board Office may do so by sending all CE information to the Board Office as the CE is completed.

- We have a new agent in our office; what is the process for membership?

- Why is there a separate Members-only area on the web site?
The Members-only area was created for various reasons. The members-only area is primarily for our REALTOR Members and Affiliate Members. Within this area, members will have access to contact information for all agents including a phone list and email list, which has been requested by our membership. This area will also give our members access to the ZipForm product for Local and State Forms.

- What is ZipForms and why are we using it?
REALTORS® throughout the U.S. are discovering a whole new way to go beyond business as usual. ZipForm has been proven to maximize REALTOR® performance by providing a flexible, mobile alternative to the endless stacks of paperwork associated with real estate transactions.
ZipForm's two main products, ZipFormDesktop and ZipFormOnline, both simplify the real estate contract process and decrease unnecessary paperwork. Used independently or together, they seamlessly share and store data among all forms related to a single transaction. Users also benefit from ZipForm's useful standard tools, like a customizable clause editor, auto-fill feature, and the ability to create custom form templates. Using the latest versions of the software, users can now create Portable Document Format (PDF) files to easily share transactions electronically with clients and others. PDF files are the most common web format for sharing electronic documents and, used through ZipForm, are encrypted and locked to ensure document security.
ZipFormDesktop provides a secure, self-contained solution and is installed locally on a computer or network for easy and convenient access in an office setting. An auto-update feature (requires an internet connection) helps keep forms up-to-date with the latest changes. Desktop also offers additional features, including spell check, sticky notes, dialogue view and a mortgage calculator. As a stand-alone product, Desktop is designed for easy integration with Top Producer 6i, Microsoft Outlook, and is compatible with the most popular email software.
For the REALTOR® requiring a more mobile solution, ZipFormOnline allows users to store, retrieve, edit, and save in-process real estate forms via the Internet. It is ideal for REALTORS® who work in multiple locations or who spend a lot of time on the road. The program is completely secure and practically maintenance free, with automatic form updates and no server, security, or backup issues to worry about. Additional Online features include global clauses, reporting tools for administrators, and more.
ZipForm's family of tech-savvy products has become the recognized industry standard for electronic real estate forms and is currently used by more real estate professionals than any other similar software program. RE FormsNet, the creator of ZipForm, is a REALTOR VIP® partner and the Official Forms Software provider of the National Association of REALTORS®. ZipForm is available to more than 520,000 REALTOR® members in the U.S. and Canada.
In 2003, the Indiana Association of REALTORS reached an agreement with ZipForms to provide both the OnLine and Desktop versions to every member of the Indiana Association of REALTORS at a reduced cost. The fee for the product is included in your membership dues.
